I would like to say a big thank you for coming along and making the afternoon worthwhile. All of the children really enjoyed it and I had some great comments from the parents before they left. The children were really engaged and had fun exploring the items you had brought to support your stories. It was really great that you involved the parents in the stories to make it a real family event. This was all age appropriate and the children had their time to play in between each story.

I’ve been away from my desk for what seems like weeks, but now that I’m back I can send you our heartfelt thanks for your contribution to the Xmas Concert in Bristol. I really enjoyed your story, and to see people captivated by it was just brilliant!

Alan came to tell us stories and we had no idea what to expect.
Nothing could have prepared us for the experience. Using only his voice, facial expressions and hand gestures he held us in the palm of his hand, the suspense was incredible. His stories were fabulous and everyone in the audience, young and old, was mesmerised.
I thought this kind of thing was just for children, I’ve had to think again!
We’ve invited Alan back to tell us stories again.
